No Avatar costumes is complete without a great makeup. I've found a great video tutorial to guide you to do your own Avatar makeup. It's simple and really amazing and I hope you will enjoy. After the video I also includes the list of things that you need to get ready plus the average cost of putting up the makeup.

Now let us compare the average cost of putting your own Avatar makeup. Here are the things you need to get ready by your side before you start:

• Blue face paint - $2.80

• White face paint - $2.80

• Paint brush - which you can borrow from your lil' sister.(size 8 and size 2)     

Grand total: $5.60

which I believe is pretty cheap compare to Avatar makeup kit which is around $10.00. However results for both options will absolutely satisfy you. You can finish off your makeup with
yellow contact lenses, fangs and ears tips. For the ears tips you might want to paint it as well using light blue acrylic color. These of course will add up the total cost. So spend wisely guys, only on the things you really need.
